30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If for any reason you're not happy with your SmileRest™ pillow, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange — whichever you prefer.
How to Return
- Email us at smilerestuk@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Let us know your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day
- Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- The memory foam inner must not be soiled or damaged beyond normal use
- The removable cover must be included with the return
Exchanges If you'd prefer a different colour or size, we're happy to exchange your pillow subject to availability. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Refund Processing Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
