Thank you for shopping with SmileRest. We aim to get your pillow to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Standard Delivery

- Free standard delivery on all UK orders
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
Delays Whilst we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions. SmileRest is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
